Sky News Senior Reporter Caroline Marcus has revealed the University of Sydney is facing a class action lawsuit over claims of students and teachers experiencing antisemitic acts on campus.
“There’s been so much focus on these encampments and what has been happening on university campuses across the country,” Ms Marcus told Sky News host Chris Kenny.
“But now, Australia’s oldest university, Sydney University, looks like it is likely to face a class action lawsuit that has been prepared where Jewish students and academics have been asked to put their hands up basically if they have experienced antisemitic incidents.
“It’s going to be a landmark case.”
